In this lesson you'll learn how to use Photoshop's pen tool - a very powerful tool for creating clean, smooth paths. In my portfolio exhibit at right, I used the pen tool to cut the rose out of a photo I took in my son's front yard. Placing it on a black background for maximum contrast, I've created a lyrics sheet that I'd use with my fourth grade students as we sing the song, The Rose, by Bette Midler.
